Our History
Founded by Elizabeth Jaeschke Buenrostro at the urging of builders, board members, and San Diego civic leaders, Management De Novo, Inc. is the 21st-century embodiment of a long tradition of full-service commitment to community management. Mentored by her mother, the highly respected property management expert Nora Jaeschke.

Our areas of specialization include mixed-use and urban infill communities, high-rises, single-family homes, and master-planned communities, as well as all types of homeowners associations (commonly known as common interest developments or CIDs).
