Management De Novo provides a comprehensive range of services for communities from 40 to more than 1,500 units. Our areas of specialization include mixed-use and urban infill communities, from high-rise, single-family homes, and master-planned communities to all kinds of homeowners associations (known in the industry as common interest developments, or CIDs). Our History

Founded by Elizabeth Jaeschke Buenrostro at the urging of builders, board members, and San Diego civic leaders, Management De Novo is the 21st-century embodiment of a long tradition of full-service commitment to community management. Mentored by her mother, the highly respected property management expert Nora Jaeschke.
